I wouldn't recommend getting an A/F gauge for pratical uses, unless it uses a wideband o2 sensor and that's not cheap. The other ones are just not precise enough. (Espacially Autometer)

Accurate A/F gauges = $$$$

I don't remember exactly, but I know of one australian company that made a nice A/F gauge with Wideband O2 sensor for less than most of the competitors.

ya autometer is horrible. i have all my gauges in autometer.

the a/f gauge is useless and is just really another item to look at when driving yet serves no purpose. the boost gauge is good though. but the fuel and oil pressure just suck a$$.

i dont even have my fuel gauge hooked up anymore because it would always scare me because of the bad readings i was getting. right now its just something to fill a hole in my glove compartment.

EGT - learn how to read an Exhaust Gas Temp gauge, and you will be able to tell if you are running rich or lean. Should be much more accurate.

I agree, I have autometer boost and A/F gauges, the A/F was a waste of $ :( get EGT like chimp was saying.
edit: unless of course you get a GOOD A/F gauge, I've heard the Blitz one works very well

what are the quality gauges that are out in the market? quality, as in accurate. the only ones that i kno of are:

-Blitz
-Apexi
-HKS
-Greddy
-Defi
-Autometer

from what ppl are saying, autometer should be avoided. what about those other ones, or ones that were not listed?

yep, just like everybody else has stated...the autometer A/F sucks and is a waste of money

The funny thing is I told a couple people I know they suck and not to get one...guess what they did
