Drivers please come 30 minute earlier for tech inspection.

Basic tech Inspection below are required:

**Battery properly secured all terminal covered
**Engine compartment free of loose items (air filter, hoses, wires, etc)
**No fluid leaks
**No exposed wires
**Brake lights function properly (at least two red functioning brake lights)
**Seat properly mounted and secure
**Seatbelts function properly mounted and secured.
**Brake pads and rotors in good condition (min 40% thickness)
**Tires are road-worthy and safe (min 3/32 tread depth, no sidewall damage)
**Wheels and wheel bearings are tight and road worthy
**Windshield is free of cracks which might obstruct the driver's vision
**Helmet is SNELL certified M95 or SA95 or newer and free of damage
**No loose items in passenger compartment or trunk
**Roll bar in convertible cars is required

Drift 101 / Drift Association will be there to host their Drift clinic on different day.

Yup... April 25th is the opening date, and after that will be open every Friday and Saturday for the first couple of month. Full schedule will be up soon.

We will approach the local PD about this event, just for them to leave the driver and the car alone if only the loud exhaust and muffler, just because we've tried to pull the street racing out of the street. However, they WILL get the driver or the car if they act stupid by burning tires, drift on the parking lot/street, etc. and the PD are committed for that.

yeah man... Tandem for the first time it will be tough... but like I said, we'll have event every 2 month, and we'll have tandem at event...

it will be 20 driver max per hour on busy time, if you come at easy time you'll get a lot of track time...

Cause I dont think tracks ask for cages since they have uncaged cars going over 100mph in packs on the big tracks.

what defines a race car then?
I know my brothers thunderbird drag car didnt have a cage....

Im talking about the Porche club and Bimmer clubs and almost EVERYONE that runs at big willow and streets and HTM.
The majority of the cars don't have cages.

in a sanctioned race for points in a series or part of something like ASA I understand.
SCCA runoffs, sure.
Miata cup, cool.
But just normal people at track days.........?

And as far as Tbone, Alot of us beginer guys wont be having Door bars anyways.

If you want to run tandem at an Inland Drift Event you must have a cage with minimum of ONE door bar, and NO the factory door bar does not count.

any snell 2000 helmet is cool. honestly im rocking my troy lee moto cross helmet cuz its just too hot for a full face right now. but best place to get a cheep helmet is cycle gear. if you dont know where one is look them up online, they have there in house brand called 707 or some mess that are made by hjc and there only 80 bucks or something like that. remember there built for road bikes and your in a car so to be honest you dont need a major amount of protection. and if you want to be super cheep walmart has bell helmets i think for 30 or some mess look around but cycle gear is the best and they beat any price..

hey does any one have any question in regards to the surface being rough cuz ive heard it being compared to el toro. and even though i have never slid el toro or paris iv been to both places and the best way i can describe it is if you tried to ride a sk8 board at el toro you would roll 3 cm and end up on your face to where as at paris you can still cruz around. i would know the sk8 park there is sick. lol...

hey man i wouldn't recommend trying to learn any place on the streets. the whole point of the events is so everyone even people new to drifting or driving in general can come learn in a safe and controlled environment. come out and have an instructor help ya out..

indo the pit area is plenty big enough not to worry. and dont forget people will be coming and going so there will be enough room.

swayray your right the surface isnt that bad at all. we drove most all of today trying to get final prep done and only used one set of tires. track layout is fun i can tell you that. some tech spots and some fast fun spots to make lots of smoke!!!!! enjoy

Yes this is a fun track, and the staff are able to change up the course really fast so you can keep challenging yourself.

Bring some extra tires cause they do wear pretty fast, but that shouldn't stop you from coming out and checking out this place.

there's a couple places. theres a place called perris tires, i think thats the closest one, I believe they charge 7$ for mounting tires and 7$ for balancing. (each)

I was lucky enough to be invited to the mock event, and all I have to say is that this is an awesome venue and and awesome host. Rudy is a super cool guy and he listens to all the feedback of each driver and takes everything into consideration.

The venue itself is pretty cool too. A fairly large pit area and even though the lot is somewhat small, there are a lot of different track layouts that can be made. It's a top of 2nd gear course for sure and it's a little rough on the edges of the track, but it's not too bad. I had a lot of fun trying to get as close to the wall as possible.

I'll definitely be back in the near future and I can't wait to see pictures and videos.

I would like to thank Rudy and his wife for inviting me to the Mock event and being such great host. They are here to give us a place to drift and get the most for our money. They really encouraged us to give them feedback so that the events can run really smooth and with the best course layouts for everyone. They drift themselves and have only good intentions for us. It run by some really great people.

As far as the course went, I loved it. Both course layouts we ran were ALOT of fun. Dont be intimidated by the barriers. Just take a slow and shallow inside line to start off. theres more room than you think. As you get better, start getting wider if you want.

The pavement isnt as rough as Eltoro and is really just like a street.
Im SOHC.
I ran a set of Nexens at 40PSI for the day and they were just getting smooth on the inside. If I went to the tire shop and had em rotated on the rim, i could have finished the day.
So I suggest bringing 2 sets of tires for the day.
Really advance guys with high HP that dont spin, you will need more, but you know this :)

They have good bathrooms there cause its a fairgrounds, and they are right next to the pits.
the pits have plenty of trash cans and are set up so cars have to park pretty organized. Unlike Willow, there is a grass and tree median that runs through it, so it sets people up to park properly. there is also a area were the trucks and trainers can be parked in the pits once the cars have been unloaded.

There are several bleachers, and they are in shade on and off through the day.

The only thing thats a pain is the dust. But it beats the raging hot wind burn at willow and is just as dusty as Adams.

the local PD knows that rudy is putting on events. So if you dont drive stupid, they wont pull you over for silly modified tickets when you head to the highway.

Starbucks, gas, mcDonalds, jack in the box, al kinds of stuff just out the gate and down a couple blocks.



Just wanna thank Rudy and Naoki for putting on a really great event. I will definatly be back when I get a little money :)

thnx to every one who came and put on a fun show for all of us.....track is realy fun. its a great place for all skill levels to come practice.. course layout is fun cuz it can be changed very easily and makes the day lil more challenging. i encourage everyone to come on satruday and drive, if u cant drive u can wathc, ther r bleachers to sit on and nice bathrooms a small walk away. so come out and have fun with us on saturday!!
