1997-98 Kouki SR Emissions

I've heard people saying how you shouldn't do SR swaps on Kouki S14's because of emissions being hard to pass because of OBDII. Anyway, what would I have to do to pass emissions with an S14 SR in a 1998 Kouki S14?
