No Oil to Turbo

First, I have an SR20 S13 coupe. I recently did some mods... Garret T04e, Apexi HG, Peakboost mani, 38mm wastegate, and greddy intake mani.. I installed some SS lines through the same factory oil feed and return lines from the t25 off the block. The problem is that I'm not getting any oil through the feed line. i have tried crank with no start to get the oil pumpin through system but still no oil. Car hasnt been started since mods, but car ran fine before I started all this madness. I would rather see oil running through the sytem before I attempt to start, trying to save new turbo and engine. Any ideas......

Of course there is oil in the engine. Anyone with another BRIGHT IDEA!?

clogged lines. Or maybe you put the wrong bolt in, thinking it had a whole when it didnt.

It will take quite a while at 300-400 rpm (cranking speed) for oil to circulate. How long have you cranked it over?

91 silvia hit it on the money. Now I just have to get the idle right. Thanx for the input guys...
