No Dash lights, and Fan settings

I got 1991 Coupe with a HUD. The dash lights don't turn on and the fan positioning settings won't work either.

I tried the changing my TCU and even grounded the red and yellow wire coming from the TCU. That i read on Nico, and still nothing.

Bad dimmer switch.

For the fan, do any of the speeds work? if none, the blower motor could be bad, if only high speed works then the blower resistor is bad.
