PREFACE:
It's amazing how, after 12 years, 240 people are still some of the flakiest I've ever dealt with. And the flakiness transcends international borders... I've had a person in Singapore, and now the UK, flake on these wheels, and cost me time and money. Please do not bother if you know deep inside you are going to flake. If you need to scrounge up the money for them, I would suggest concentrating more on your education or career and take care of more pressing matters than *trying* and failing to get these wheels, and ultimately wasting everyone's time. Time is money, and please do not waste my time.

My main priority is still to clear up storage space, and I will not have time to cater to the whims of dreamers anymore. I will be in and out of the country on business and would like these wheels to go to someone who can use them instead of having them sit in my storage or garage. So they will be available till I have time to settle down and maybe get around to using them myself if they don't sell. But if someone has the means, and the mental faculty to not be a flake, between now and then, then they can be yours.

Specs: 19" x 10.5", -25mm, hi disk in front and 19" x 12", -45mm, hi disk in rear. Lips are 5.5" in front and a little over 7" in back. Bolt pattern is 5x114.3mm only. Finish is diamond cut/machine polished face with silver inserts and polished lips with classic (black) bolts.

Wheels will come WITHOUT tires, and with normal non-Eventer center caps (the center caps seen in the pic are Eventer weighted center caps, which are no longer on the wheels). There's one slight superficial scratch on the surface of one of the rear wheels (scratch is only in the clearcoat, and not into the wheel itself). And for a lower price, I will sell them to you dirty... two of the rear wheels need a good 15-20 mins of cleaning with some reducer/mineral spirits and a rag to shine them up since I had them sitting at a friend's body shop for a while. You save me 30 minutes of my time, and I save you $100 of your money.

So with that said, I'm asking $2500 for the wheels as described above. They are located in they Bay Area, CA... and after having dealt with so many out of town-and out of country-flakes, I would really prefer dealing with a local person, unless you can show you are SERIOUS. SERIOUS being the key word.
Pls email vansemail (at) gmail (dot) com if SERIOUSLY interested.

Addendum: If you'd like to get the wheel with a pair of two JDM Dunlop LM702 tires in 275/30-19 with under 100 miles on them, then add +$150. But otherwise, I'd prefer to keep the tires for another car...

thank you come again

Crap... neglected to include bolt pattern in the title, and even though it's now edited to include that info, it only shows up in the title if you've already clicked to read the post...though, at that point, you would have also already seen it in the description. For those that haven't come this far, and only browsed through the top pages, then I guess they won't see the bolt pattern listed in the heading... what to do what to dooooo

I was asking a bit more before, but that was: 1) with two tires, 2) the Eventer weighted centercaps (the logos remain motionless while the wheels spin, a la OEM Rolls Royce Phantom), and 3) with me cleaning all the wheels up prior to the sale. The last buyer/flaker wanted to get the wheels at as low a price as possible (makes sense), so I figured I should sell the wheels w/o any tires, swapped to normal center caps, and will let the buyer clean the wheels themselves to save a decent amount of dinero. So we'll see how that goes now...
Shipping is available, but again, local buyers would definitely be preferred. Oh yah, the wheels actually weigh a lot less than they look... something in the neighborhood of 33lbs/35lbs or so...

Well...whadaya know... my european buyer flaked. I told him I'd hang on to them till after I wrap up some business, and sure enough, it seems like he's not going to come through after "losing his job." Whether or not that's the truth is irrelevant; the fact remains that he will not be buying the wheels, and now that I am back in town for a bit, I'd like to sell them again.

I'd prefer to sell the wheel set with the two rear tires that are currently mounted.. they are JDM Dunlop LM702s in 275/30-19 with less than 100 miles on them. I also have a pair of good, used (with lots of tread left) Nankang 235/35-19s that will come with the wheels... they're not mounted, but I just want to get them out of the garage, so you gotta get them with the whole package. These tires should provide a stretch on the fronts that will match the 275s on the rears.

So total for the four wheels with center caps, two Dunlop 275s mounted on the rears, and two unmounted Nankang 235s will be $2800. Still a good deal for the ONLY set of wheels like this outside of Japan... let me emphasize the ONLY part.

so with tires? where in thed bay are you?

JH

Yes, ideal sale would be with all four tires... I'd rather not dismount the two already on the rear wheels... and I have no use for the two front tires.
I'm in the south bay area... usually am between cupertino to san jose areas, but can meet within 20 miles of either...

So are these sold? I've got a white vert identical to the one pictured and I so wanted these wheels!!! I even tracked down the owner on nico and asked him to send me more pics of the vert... Still never got the rear pic of the skeleton framed fender with one taillight missing and no dash I think? :(
