Installed new pads (Hawk HPS)/ blank rotors and flushed with new fluid with ATE Super Blue Racing
Bleed all lines over 50 million times (Driver rear, passenger rear, passenger front, and driver front)
Bed the pads/rotor properly
My problem! -- During the bleeding process (car off), the pedal firms up rock hard but as soon as the car turns on, the pedals becomes soft. I also CAN'T GET THE BRAKES TO LOCK UP! I don't feel safe driving at all.
What should I look for? bad BMC? booster? As far as I know, there are no leak anywhere. Car is base model S13

I bleed my brakes with the car on since our cars have POWER brakes. Just a thought.

The pedal becoming hard while you're pumping it with the engine off is the correct behavior.
Our brake boosters are vacuum operated. The vacuum chamber will hold enough vacuum for a few presses of the brake.
Would you describe the feel of the brake pedal as mushy or soft?
Can you feel the brakes engage as soon as you press the pedal or does the pedal free travel before braking begins?
What tires are you using? You may simply have more grip than braking power.

Wouldn't that draw more air into the system?

Yeah the pedal feel were spongy/mushy feeling..
I found this thread

Checked the rod and it was sorta shorter than what's it suppose to
So I lengthened it a tiny bit and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! :faint: Needs a lil more adjustments..
