Ok so i'm getting a gt28rs(disco potato) and I just wanted to know what do i need to bolt it up to the stock s13 sr manifold. Thanks

the studs in the manifold... and some locking nuts and washers

they sell conversion kits now for the s13 motor. one company advertised it here.

Yes, as long as your turbo looks like this:

I just did alot of research and a bunch of people say that this is a direct bolt on. All i need is the oil/coolant lines..

Yeah it bolts to the manifold, oil lines and exhaust elbow but you have to fabricate your own hotpipe and indution pipe because they are not coming off the turbo at the same angles

Can't i just use silicone couplers?

Yes, couplers are fine, you probably will not be able to get some that are bent to perfectly work with your regular hotpipe though. You'll most likely have to clock the turbo housing to make that happen - or get the hot pipe cut and rewelded....and intake pipe should be really easy.
