I am doing an S14 kouki conversion to zenki but the front end of the wiring was butchered when I bought the car. I cant understand the FSM I have so does anyone have any details on what color wires do what?
Also I have the jdm kouki bumper with turn signals so it will be really helpfule if I can get some insight on what colored wires do what.

this thread is a stepping stone in the right direction if you want oem style wiring.

just look up any 97 s14fsm and 95 s14fsm. The wiring is different because the s14 zenki does not use a headlight relay. It's really up to you if you want to run the relay, it's just to make sure you don't blow a fuse when hitting your high beams.
But it's a double switch/double throw relay that you would use, which according to someone I consulted are a bitch to get your hands on. He wired his lights up direct and has no problems and he runs HID's I do not.
if you run into any roadblocks from there feel free to ask me to help clarify them. But once you learn the colors of the wires in the fsm which is pretty important, and then you see them in real life.
It takes a while to put two and two together, but a multimeter definitely can help you identify whats getting power and whats not getting power.
The headlights have two wires that run to the projector, one wire triggers the light to be on, while the second wire keeps the projector on while the high beam is on, you can leave the second wire disconnected (as mine were when I bought the car.) and when you put on your highs, the projector will turn off the high will turn on.
OEM style keeps all lights on when you flick your highs.
