It's in good working condition. Came straight off a front clip from a local engine supplier. Never used it. Comes with everything pictured:

do you know if the 13 and 14 sr have the same starter? Thanks

From what I gathered it will fit s13 AND s14 but not S15s due to different dual mass flywheel.

That is absolutely true.

Is that the lower harness pictured?
