So on 3 different ocasions i put the ebrake down and when i drove it was still on so i had to stop, put it up,then back down. Also i see alot of brake dust in the rear tires and the rims are hotter then the front.I heard that usually the front tires have all the brake dust and are more hot compared to the rear.Any ideas because i cant think of anything.Brake lines?calipers?

You don't have enough brake fluid.
inspect your e-brake..
sorry but you ask the question and know the fucking answer.
what are we supposed to do, know your exact problem and tell you so you don't have to think?
since the majority of braking is done in the front wheels ( larger calipers and rotors, bigger brake pad, brake bias ) yes, generally brake dust is greater in the front.
inspect:
ebrake handle ( remove center console )
get underneath car.. inspect e-brake lines
inspect rear brake calipers ( pull e-brake look at caliper, put e-brake back down look at caliper )
I'm starting to see WHY Zilvia is filled with assholes

Wait, you mean your rear brakes stay locked? First and foremost, pull the calipers apart and grease the bejesus out of the slider pins.
If you're driving with the rear brakes locked, I bet your rear rotors are a very pretty shade of blue now. lol
