only pic i got but its for all 4 and they are all in good condition some of the paint is chipping a little but no deep scratches.none are bent

these are some type of 5 lug.
i dont know the pitch for sure but lug adapter/spacers can be made.
i know a place that can do it.

Those don't look like FN01R-C's though.
