on a zenki headlight there there are two bolts that connect to the fender or something close to there ? one of them broke due to rust build up around it and i was wondering if those bolts are replaceable ?? (if you need pics to know what im talking about ill put them up)

They are not replaceable without removing another stud from a used/broken headlight and pressing it back in. Usually though the plastic breaks around it, making a new one impossible to fit back in tight.

you could maybe use plasticweld, jbweld, or some kind of epoxy... and get the headlight to sit pretty well, but it'll never be exactly like factory.... Using three oem bolts and one epoxied bolt, you can probably get pretty good fitment tho.

you should be fine using one bolt. My old S14 only had one out of the 4 bolts left, and 2 zip ties.
