I been having some really odd bogging issues. I would start the car warm it up, it would drive fine for a bit then out of no where it feels like something dragging the car down and RPM starts falling steadily, I'm holding the accelerator down all of a sudden the power would come back but cut out right after. In neutral I would rev the car and it would only go up to about 2,500-3000rpms. I started with cleaning the MAF today and added fuel injector cleaner with 91 chevron gas, problem is still there. I don't know what it can be, can it be the spark plugs?

Hmm did you check the wiring to the maf? Something could have gone bad there...that'd be my first guess as this really sounds like a maf issue

Here is a quick vid I took around the block
YouTube - 240sx bog problem (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7Pkqonbk54)

This is a sound I have been getting after I drive the car and turn it off, only happens when the motor is at normal operating temp. Not sure if its the exahust.

the noise when you turn the car off sounds liek somthign is rattling like the exhaust. or somthign shaking.

it looks like the obvious would be maf.

but i am willing to put money on your rotor..
check under your distributor cap.
look for metal shavings.
it happend to mine. replaced your distributor cap/rotor.
check your wires.
clean your maf.
lmk if it helps

btw a rotor and distrubitor cap is under 20 dollars

look up the maf volt specs, get a volt meter and measure the maf voltage changes when you rev the engine, chances are your ignition system is fine, but i'd check them after you have a look at the MAF. GL

Checked the CEL again and came out to be: EGR, throttle position sensor, and ignition key something. The CEL was there before when I first bought the car for EGR. Generally the light stays on but I noticed that it goes off when it bogs out
