HELP: Horn problem :(

I put back S13 (1990) stock steering wheel today. When I push horn, 10A fuse is gone on the engine bay. I tried again but same thing is happened. What's wrong and how can I fix it. Plz give me some advice. Do I have to check horn relay on the engine bay(if so,how can I check it's working or not?)

it's just 90 stock wheel. no cruise control button.

it sounds to me like you got a short. get a wiring diagram and check the horn wire.

Check the green wire coming out of the horn relay. This wire goes to the horns. Most likely there is a short somewhere on this wire.

Also, the horns ground themselves on the light brackets. Check the brackets for rust and good connection with the core support.

sorry for stupid question. how can I check short on horn wire? visually or using tester??
