Testing waters. Racing Hart Type C 16x?

Not too sure on the stats of these. Offset isn't too bad, and I've got some 205s on them right now. Slight curbage, and one of the rims was bent and repaired. Tires mount and ride fine, no vibrations and does not pull to any side.
