Testing Waters: 89 240sx hatch SR

I am looking to trade my car for a coupe with a silvia front and a stock KA or a S30 240Z without big rust issues. The car has to be reliable as well, and a fair trade. Like something done in suspension modification equal to what I have done with my swap.. you know don't low ball me please.

Anyways, on to the car, I will be up front on everything since I am not a liar or a shady person.

89 hatch with sun roof
unsure on mileage since the previous owner said the odometer was replaced but it reads ~223,000

Anyways here is the bad..
I hit a deer which took out my passenger side fender, which I replaced, and the headlight surround which still needs to be replaced. The headlights are dim, so it wouldn't hurt to replace them but isn't necessarily needed. Someone broke into my car and stole my stereo system and my little change pocket (but left me their flashlight, lol). The front struts are blown and the front brakes need to be changed. And finally there is some surface rust in the wheel well, and on the hood where the paint has chipped. Oh and the car is red, but the paint is faded (nothing a good buff can't help).

BUT.. I have only put 800 miles on it since the guys from px racing did the engine swap back in 06 (around June-July) since I moved to SF and the car sat in storage until I moved back around December 07 when I moved it to my garage where it has sat since. The tags and registration have been expired for awhile so there will be fees. And I can't smog it since my 'hot' smog is no longer around (which is why I haven't put more than 800 miles on the engine). The engine is barely broken in for you though, so that's a plus right?

I am located in the bay area (707) and I was going to take pictures of the car after a much needed washing but a friend from Riverside showed up so I ended up chilling with him instead.

I have been completely honest about my car, so please be honest in what you offer. Also just to be clear, I am not interested in a Honda so don't ask, I have told you what I am looking for.

Okay, so I buffed the paint and it looks SO much better, and I am in the process of getting rid of all the rust in the wheel well now, so that should be done tomorrow and probably painted the next day. But I found that the gauge cluster doesn't light up, so I think it is a blown fuse, so I will see if I can fix that as well.

Also let me clarify on me hitting the deer, I wasn't speeding or anything of the sort, I live kind of in the country and came around a blind corner and there it was, so I hit my brakes, so by the time I hit it I was going around 10mph, so the only damage was to the bumper, passenger side fender, and headlight. But I replaced the fender, all you need to find is a headlight surround. Oh and the fender is black, I think the paint is from a WRX because it looks exactly like his, but I will probably get around to paint that as well.

Sorry, it's a shitty camera, I should have pulled the car out to take better pictures, but I didn't think of it at the time.

Once again, the bumper had to come off to get it up my driveway and I just haven't felt like putting it back on yet.
