well its similar in design almost the same, not completly familiar with their kit, it will make more hp that thier kit if you so desire and have a e-manage or standalone to tune everything but it seems to have almost the same specs from what i know of their kit. This turbo is for an external wastgate however and the exaust housing has a t4 flange instead of a t3 like thiers. i dunno if their kit has a internal or external wastgate. What you need to get it to work is a manifold for an sr for side mount or top mount turbo set up, a new downpipe, and a wastegate for the manifold .

btw i checked with a friend of mine who works for a very reputable shop starting with twins and ending with somthing like turbo and the turbo should support between 350-450 whp depending on boost and fuel support.

dude , you are the dumbest ....... #1 . if you dont know what turbo ken used in his kit , how can you say this turbo will make more power ? what if some one used a ****ty manifold , compared to kens equal ss mani ? #2 who cares what you imaginary friend at twinsturbo says ?is this the same guy who told you that your stcok sr could beat a z06 . or that you should be running 12's. or is that the guy who knows more about tunning sr's than greaser ? you are troll we kicked you off fresh alloy , so now you come over here to troll. oh .... and btw .. the only way your 14 second 240 will ever have a e36 on its rear veiw is if you drive by a bmw dealership ..... tool

Well it was described as a "393hp kit" in this thread. Based on that information, and SKR knowing how much his compressor can flow, he could make that assumption reasonably.

huh? ok i dont know wtf that was all about, im saying the turbo is effecent for more than 400whp depending on the manifold of course, if you wanted you could make up to 450 hp and the turbo would still have some room to make power. My friend at twins turbo is Eric Kozeluh you can check out there website if you want, and yes i have beaten a z06 before and i didnt need him to tell me sht about racing one, actually i was lined up against one at the track last month at fontana, i ran [email protected] he ran [email protected], interesting huh? Btw it was a stock z06 except for a bbk intake setup and a set of mickey thompshon et street drag radials i was on m&h with open diff. HIs 60ft....1.9, my 60 ft 2.0....
btw the only time i ran 14.3s was at idrc palmdale last feb due to fuel pump failure on the drive up, i had to shim the wastegate and run only 9 psi of boost. I run 13.0s @ 14 psi. The t28/t25 hybrid is good to 18 but im still getting some kinks out of my top feed rail/injector setup by tuning it on a wide band 02 sensor off a laptop, then ill be more happyw ith runing 18psi. Greaser is a great guy and i have been conversing with him by email recently, My only comments about twins turbo is that they know their sht and im pretty sure they have equal if not more experience than greaser with things such as fluid dynamics, turbo sizing and custom parts fabrication, i hope your not goin to be the forum hall monitor again, i dont think anyone wants to hear your outbursts

This is out of line.
First off, Enjuku is running a t3/4 turbo. A t4 turbo is larger. A 50 trim wheel is optimal (some run 57), and the ARs are about in line for 400-450rwhp.
If you weren't a dumbass, you'd know that the power output from a given turbo is rated by efficiency and CFM that the turbo puts out. These are pretty much given from the manufacturer. That turbo is just about what mine is, and I was running 200hp. And guess what? I'm going to turn the boost from 4psi to 18psi on my car, and make 350rwhp. Just because a turbo is rated at 400hp doesn't mean that you just slap it on and make that power. It depends on tuning, but on the average 4-cyl, that turbo has a peak power ability of 450rwhp is all he was saying.
How about, you're the troll?

i might be interested, but ii have some reservations efore doing so....

1. cani have the compressor map for this compressor side and exhaust if available

2. i have yet to find an exhust manifold with a t4 flange, i =have foundfor t3's 9i.e. enjuku racing, unstable-hybrids)...keep in undi have not done any research aas of yet.

3.provided the turbo is deemed streetable, ill need to meet the demands if the greater increase in airflow via fuel pump, injectors (id like to stay go with 480 cc's rather than 550's for the moment)

4. will i have to go directly with a power fc or greddy e-maage, or go with an s-afc and keep it a modest boost levels with an fmic

thanks
John

1) Turbonetics.com has the compressor maps.
2) For a KA, RevHard manifolds have the bolts for both a t3 and a t4. Also, you can get a weld-on flange to attach to the manifold.
3) Just keep the boost down. You can run 480cc injectors w/ less boost.
4) You can keep an s-afc for fairly high boost levels. It all depends on how well you tune it.
P.S. I have abolutly nothing to do with this sale. If you posted the same questions in the main forum, I'd give you the same answers.
