Replica Bomex grill for S13 on Ebay, but was taken down

So i wanted to sell this replica bomex style grill on Ebay, and just now, it was taken down because of copy right reasons and such.
Does anyone know if it's because I used the word Bomex in the auction that caused this problem? Or is it because I am selling an "illegal" item since it's a replica?
I see all these "some brand"-style stuff on Ebay and they are always fine. And now I did it, and my auction got deleted.

i dunno about people use the word "BMX" for bomex if they also have the word replica as well.
