drivers side projector vertical adjustment tab is broken, it wont go any higher then it already is. (its not that bad tho)
pass side mounting screw is missing, but it mounts just fine with 1 screw.

good condition, it just has some scratches and black gunk from sitting around in my garage for a year. it will be all better once sanded and repainted.
