91 BMW 325i vert For S13 coupe

willing to trade my Red 91 bmw 325i vert plus some cash for a S13 coupe MUST be coupe. :fawk:
Nothing wrong with car, motor wise.
Interior-seats have rips (pick n pull)
Rear bumper has a lil crack
Its an Auto
Drop top dont work but top it self is NEW Does not leak
front spoiler has a lil crack
paint needs to be polished.
164,xxxx miles.
