will a 36 bolt 17 inch work equip outer lip fit a 36 bolt 17 inch racing hart outer lip?

Probably not. If you have both tho, and enough free time, give it a shot and see what happens.

Work used to make Racing Harts...so a definite possibility depending on the models

I wouldnt recommend it....

Work Wheel inner and outer barrels are designed to be used together, and nothing else. Even certain Work Wheel barrels cannot be interchanged with other Work Wheel barrels (such as a Meister barrel to Equip barrel). If you changed the barrel from a different brand, there is a high possibility that you will reduce the overall strength of the wheel.
