Splitfire... or maybe those new AEM joints.

Doubt you will notice a difference tho.

If the motor is not heavily modified don't waste your money, just get some stock ones.

OR get stand alone engine management and run some LS1 coils or something not out of the box like that.

u can use qr or vq coils. they're easy to find and work according to matinXAT. They're newer than sr coils and should be stupid cheap

Maybe im talking out of my ass here, but I thought "LS1" coilpacks were an upgrade for an sr.

At least thats what I remember hearing...

Electromotive has some of the strongest coils on the market and have tested the SR coils and they were blown away with how strong they were.

I also heard from a reputable source that Splitfire Coils are not much stronger than stock.

BTW...I have some Stock Coilpacks.

hey smelly240 (or anyone else),

i don't want to sound dumb or anything, but can you really use the coilpacks from a VQ??

i mean, i guess you can use anything with modification, but im' asking if they are bolt in??

Umm...stock coilpacks should be more than enough to handle whatever you can throw at it for the most part. I've seen a drag SR out here in Japan pushing over 600whp and still running stock coilpacks.

Like I mentioned, they are really strong units! Inductive Coils FTW!

YEAH - QR and Either VG or VQ coils work - talk to martinXAT over at FA - He's the one that told me about it.

I still use stock coils.
