Can anyone knows how to install S15 steering wheel?

I just found a crazy deal on s15 steering wheel and about it pick it up, but don't know how to install it.

If anyone knows how to do it... please help me out. I need someone who acutally knows how to do it. Far as I know, if clockspring breaks off, the horn won't work so yeah..
