i"m going to custom make a turbo manifold, does anyone know what size piping i should use? i was thinking of going with a 1 1/2 inch from each exhaust port. then merging all four into a 2" bar and then through the turbo. does anyone know if this will be good for my setup?

What sort of horse power are you trying to develop, and where in the RPM band would you like it? Those two factors should be the starting point for the fabrication design. Tube dynamics are fairly important to designing manifolds, as well as taking into consideration the firing order of the engine. Ideally, you should have the tubes empty into the collector at a 10-15 degree angle, and in such an arrangement that they fire in a rotating sequence. Try to envision the way a gattling gun fires, in a circular pattern. That will help to quelle the turbulence experienced by the turbine wheel. Also, think about using an external wastegate. These are just some ideas, I hope they help!
