Funny Valve Cover Gasket Story

I removed my old gasket to install a new one today. Second one I've done(one on a ka24e and one on a ka24de). Anyway, it makes sense why it was leaking so much oil, the half moon parts were all completely seperated from the rest of the gasket. Anyone ever seen anything like that before LoL? O and the front driver side bolt on the valve cover is stripped. Anyway to fix that? Some blue or red loc tite or something?
