Nismoparts

Has any one had problems with nismo parts? I ordered a part there and got a email from them that said that they recieved my order and they would send me an email when the part is shipped. I have not recieved the email yet. I have been waiting for 2 weeks. I called them and left a message and emailed them, no reply. I am very worried and very anxious to recieve this part. From what i heard in forums is that they take a long time to ship parts. A guy waited six months for his kouki tail lights. If you have ordered parts from nismo parts wuz the transaction successful or unsuccessul?

Where did you order it from? Was it directly from Nismo, if so then that is extremely wierd. They are a really good company and make excellent parts, but if it is from a vendor then it might be there fault not Nismos. Hope everything works out, what did you order from them?

he means nismoparts.com, I know people who have had good and bad experiences with them. I don't think I have ever heard of them never sending the product, but have heard of delays. How long ago did you send the second email?

sent the email and phone call a couple days ago. You would think they would check the messages on their phone and email.

i bought from nismoparts.com about a year ago and it took 1 week. UPS ground from WA. i never had a problem w/ their customer service. maybe its gone downhill since then.
