will the engine out of a 92-94 240sx line up with a trans from 89-91? and all ill need is the engine and the harness right?

will the power steering and the a/c line up perfectly too or will i have to get new ones

going from a SOHC to a DOHC P/S and A/C will not bolt up, look at some pics and it will be oblivious
