Question about the bulb for the boost gauge

Hi everyone, I have a question about my boost gauge my mechanic gave it to me for free but only thing problem is, is that the led lights doesn't work so I was wondering do you guys know any website that sells them? Here's a picture of what it looks like and brand.

thats the first thing I check on that website they didn't have replacements bulbs for the boost gauge, so I was wondering is there other website that sell just the bulbs I really do not want to buy another boost gauge.
