Sounds a little scammish to me. Check the tracking number again and make sure the weight of the wheels he shipped makes sense. I had this similar thing happened to me once through Ebay where I bought some Jordans and was suppose to weigh like 3/4 lbs but when I check the tracking, it said like 10.oz so he did ship out something but intensionally to the wrong address and it said package was delivered just to show you, the buyer, that he shipped them out.
Or, he just couldn't read and did really send the wheels out but read your address wrong which I am not sure how that could happen if you know how to read. I can understand that maybe he made a mistake on the zip code or something like that. Oh, and if you are still tracking that package and it still haven't arrived to it's wrong address destination, something is totally not right because it was shipped out on the 2nd of March and it is already the 19th.

it sound like he shipped them to someone else intentionally how can he mix states up. CA and what WA? Nice. Like DriftReadyS14 said, if you were to contact paypal they will say that the order has been shipped. go to paypal and write to them and make a claim. your best bet.

the only way i see the screw up happening is if the buyer had a confirmed addy in CA in PP, but requested for the rims to be sent to were ever he is now thru an email, otherwise there is no excuse, even then, buyer should change his confirmed addy to his current if that was the case

well the address on the paypal acount is in washington 100% i bought parts for my car around a month ago and everything came to the right address besides these wheels. i am going to try to figure something out with paypal. someone in the morgan hill area was kind enough to offer to drive and find the package but mike3000 has now blocked me from his pms and i cant get the address he sent it to. would much rather have the wheel even if i had to pay for shipping again b.c they are no longer making these ssr wheels and these where supposed to be back up for my rears and one of my rears are bent.
