I have multiple questions about the air conditioning system on S14 after finding no answers from research.

Currently the a/c hardline on my s14 is broken for the past 6 months, and I have not turn on the a/c button every since. Is there a chance that dirts were sucked in and causing clogging in the system? If that is the case, would replacing the whole system (cooling unit, lining, compressor) difficult? Below is a local deal that I come across. Does it contains the whole system which everything I need to fix the problem?

Another question is jdm climate control. How do I actually keep the A/C for the SR swap. (I couldn't find a write up) There are many write-ups about S13 and S14 jdm climate controls being done on usdm 240sx, but there is still none on S15 climate control. If all the senors and wirings are done for a S14 jdm climate control, would this means a s15 climate control would work with the same senors and wirings?

Your compressor should be fine...even if you turned on the A/C switch the compressor wouldn't have engaged. There is a pressure switch that disables the compressor clutch circuit if system pressure is too low.

The only things you need to replace are the broken hard line and the receiver/dryer. An A/C service shop can do the rest...they'll probably flush the system, pressure test it, add oil, evacuate the system, and then charge it.
