How much does a SR head weigh?

Btw- what is a fair price for a s13 sr head with and without internals (stock)??

Without the internals id say it's a good 45lbs. I don;t know what kind of price would be good. If it's stock with no port or polish or internals i think 150 to 200 would be a fair price but like i said, i really don't know.
