boost gauge issues

When my car is off my car reads in the 9 VACUUM and it should be at zero. When i turn my car on its at the 20-22 VACUUM. But when i drive under full boost it reads 3-4 BOOST. theres no holes in the vacuum line so what else do i check

Sounds like a shitty gauge. What kind?

tap on the gauge, that usually insures that its accurate....

was the gague arm on something else besides 0 when you opened the box?

did you drop your gauge? because i dropped mine and did the same. Good thing the place I bought it from swapped it out for free...
