digital cluster doesnt work what options can i do??

i have a sr in an 89 240sx the digital cluster does not work
the tach, digital speedometer, gas level gauge, temp gauge do not work at all. but the cluster still lights up and and the e brake and door light still function properly. what can i do in term of fixing it or replacing the whole thing?

It stopped working after the swap... or it all of a sudden stopped working?

im not sure it was a shell when i got it but the speeo part doesnt even light up at all so no reading.

Remove it and check the grounds.

Does it run? I'm guessing Yes?
Check the White plug (F4??) right above the ECU make sure in wired up correctly/connected

alright everythin on the plug is wired up now and the cluster, speedo , and HUD light up but the speedometer stay at 0 wen driving and the fuel level gauge is still broken ALSO the tachometer doesnt work either

Make sure speed sensor is wire correctly/connected.
Was is an automatic before?
Tach needs to be swapped for a DOHC Tach, SOHC Tachs will dont work with SR's
Fuel float is possibly broken open the tank and check it

yes it was automatic and im guessing its still the single cam cluster so all i need to do is get the dohc cluster will i need to get the dohc HUD also or that doesnt matter
