The only thing that can make pop a huge woody besides my girlfriend naked is the wonderful convertible.

I have seen 2 black 240 convertibles in the past half a year and they seem so rare and so sexy and I wish I could marry one

yeah they are cool. too bad a lot of aftermarket upgrades for it dont work with it. could be fun project car.

im thinking about getting an s13 convertable for a daily driver how much do you think it would cost to convert the front end to s15 that looks bitchin

It looks nowhere near as nice as the S13 front end, as the S15 front looks heavy and doesn't get balanced out by the rear (visually). Cost would be the same as any other S15 front end.

Yea verts can be nice, i just wish they came in Manual stock.. so annoying.. thats why if i was to get a vert it would be an FC rx7 turbo II vert, thats what my gf is getting, maybe not turbo II. I want to drift a convertable, it would be so fun.

We didn't get FC Turbo II convertibles in the US. There have been swaps, but that's even more work than a trans swap in an S13...

ehh, i'm not too crazy about convertibles... maybe if i lived someplace warmer than ohio, but even then i dunno. i'd take a targa/t-tops before a convertible anyday

I know one FC3C (13b 'vert) owner my area... and I absolutely PWN him with my stock powered 240 (i have JIC coils, he has Tein coils... he has good tires and Apex cone filter... I have LSD) when it comes to any sort of spirited driving. :)

Not dogging on them as sunday cruise vehicles, but the FC 'vert is a real DOG of a track/spirited driving car... those things are near 3,500lbs!

make sure u learn how to drive MT before u swap haha i say that becuz

i heard of a story where some kid with a AT teg did a MT swap..he was so excited that he got the car out of the shop then realize..he doesnt know how to drive manual

I'm pretty sure I'd figure out how to drive 5 speed within a day or so... I've had some experience; but I'll probably master it in a month or so :cool:
