pair of cheap drift tires kumho ecsta supra's 235/40/17

i have a pair of kumho ecsta supra's that i need gone. I believe one of them has a bubble but the other one is perfectly fine. They have about 40-50% tred left on them. price is $30 I live in bakersfield but im willing to drive a bit
