Well, I'm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have about $4000 total I want to spend. It needs to have working power locks and windows, clean title, and straight frame. I have cash in hand. If the car is blue or white, it will have priority, but not necessary. The car needs to be in good running order, but not necessarily powerful, just reliable.
