Just bought a 92 240

Just drove 6 hours down to VA, and bought a 92 white 240sx se with Super Hicas (wish it didn't), Abs, and LSD for 1850 at a dealer. It sounded too good to be true, but it has a clean title, and looks fine except the rust at the lid of the hatch, and a dent at the top left fender.
quick question, where can i look to c if there is frame damge to make sure.

NICE buy! how many miles did it have? i wouldn't be upset about having HICAS, it just means you have a rarer car

it has around 166k miles, and the belts (dunno which ones) are making a freaken loud squeaking noise.

Belts are an easy fix, makes me kind of wary why the dealership didn't deal with it. Pop the hood and take a look, see which one is causing the problem and make sure all of it's pulleys are in OK shape.

Then again, if something as basic as a belt or even a water pump warrants the dealer discounting it that much. . . All the better for you! It's always a good idea to pay your mechanic to take a quick looksee at it.

And dood, enjoy HICAS, or let the car go to somebody who will :P

screw hicaas .. hicas blows.. i'd get the brace that kills it imediatly.. he u wann switch rear ends.. i don have hicas

funny thing he tried to cover the rust at the hatch lid by putting white out... also i could start the car without engaging the clutch. The only explanation to this is it had a remote starter b4??

or someone disabled the botton the clutch hits...
