How many miles are on the Nismo Tranny mount? Shipped to 95667?

Is that a Greddy Turbo Timer (Greddy TT)? Whats up with that?

what brand downpipe is that? is there just the o2 bung welded on, or is there something else to the left of it in the pic? how much for that?
