i am assuming it needs power and ground. and that bottom sensor looks to be a temp sensor that turns on the fan. is that correct? if so, what temp does it turn on the fan?

I don't know what temp it turns the fan on, I never used it. its brand spanking new, but from looking on summit racing, I didn't see anything on what temp the fan comes on..
