Both dont work. Is there a fuse I can check or something?

Take your car to a Nissan Dealership. The electric seatbelts in a S13 are under lifetime warranty. There a saftey factor for the vehicle, my buddy took his there and they replaced both motors at no charge.

I went to the dealership today and sure enuf they are under warranty. They ordered my new motors and I will have them installed in a week.
