just like the tittle says, im looking for a pair of 13.5 conversion fenders.

NO over fenders please.

I've been looking for a pair myself, since my s13 is running around with modded s14.5 fenders right now. GL

I got a black s13.5 fenders but they have bondo work done on them.
GTP or something like that (the brand of the fenders)

whats the difference between the s14.5 conversion fenders and ones intended for an s13.5 conversion?

Actually they aren't noob. The S14 has an extension coming up the A pillar. S13 does not. S13 fenders also attach slightly differently than s14. S14 have a different body line, and are slightly taller.
