They are like the eyes of God compared to the plastic headlights. It's one of the best exterior upgrades for a Zenki.

I love mine.

they also have leveling motors which most people dont ever use here in the US because from what I hear, its a bitch of an install.

Yea, the leveling shit is cool.

My boss is German, and has a German spec Suzuki thing, like a 91.

Stupid car, but it has glass headlights and the leveling shit. Pretty rad.

it controls the beam, like raise it or lower it. rdm has it hooked up i believe. its just like the screw on the usdm but a small motor moves it with a control in the cabin

I do have it hooked up. Easy with the correct parts. The difference not noted is that the beams are independent in the housing, meaning you can aim each one separately. The aiming motor only controls the lowbeam, it's got a four position switch (0, 1, 2, 3) to raise/lower in small increments. Very handy for night driving as you can adjust it to compensate for darkness without having to use the highbeams.

Shit even just buying a brand spanking new headlight makes a whole lot of difference...the greatest thing about the german headlights is that its not susceptible to yellowing.

the levelers are for when you put too much shit in the trunk or have any fat rear passengers, so that you can adjust the height of the headlights. i know they are absolutely required with xenon headlights in europe (plus the headlight washers) but i cant recall if its mandatory with halogen. it probably is mandatory.

lol, more so for fog... u can point ur headlights towards the ground so you can see the road. its hard to see when the reflection of your headlights are bouncin back in ur face.

They're mandatory for all vehicles in Germany.

And trust me, the other drivers around here will let you know if you haven't adjusted your lights properly.

no, thats what fog lights are for. when there is fog, you turn off your headlights and use just your fog lights. thats why fog lights exist, short and wide beam pattern.

Only US cars aren't wired to run the fogs alone, they only come on with the lowbeams. Which is stupid. Which is I wire all my cars to run with the parking lights, that way I can run fogs only, fogs and lowbeams, or fogs and highbeams.

You're in your 60's and all you do is call people names. how do you manage to stay in business with such an attitude? I watch younger and Smarter people handle themselves much better, Geoff from Full race for example, on almost every forum, some Mom and pop muffler shop tries to explain why his products are overpriced. and instead of name calling and acting like a fool, he tactfully explains why his products cost what they do. and why they are the best.

Clearly you are at the point where you feel you have no patience for "noob" questions and so well off that you would let your personal feelings cost you a sale or two by name calling. or trying to talk down to users. I wasnt joking in my thread when I said I was going to buy from your company, but thats before you decided to fuck that up. I run my own business and I do very well because I treat everyone with respect no matter what the situation is. because everyone is a potential customer. you must be selling these lights like hotcakes if you can afford to be a dick to customers.

how about we clear up a few facts:

1) i dont post here to contribute or sponsor my business. another zilvia member said it best, me selling my product to 240 owners is like selling champagne to homeless people... its not gonna happen

2) i own a 240 and have done so longer than you and many others. i know more about this car than most folks, and i dont say this for bragging rights - i say this because when someone knows their shit they deserve respect, simple as that.

3) i am not an insecure fuck who needs to post pictures of flashy items to compensate for having a small penis. no one cares about your turbo, your collection of bills, or your broken down 1991 1jz.

even if you had a mclaren f1, no one would care. this isnt club lexus or supraforums, this is zilvia.. and on here people get respect by being stand-up individuals who are honest, down to earth, skilled individuals who work hard for a living. the old schoolers who are respected, have been around for a long time and hooked up countless individuals with parts, knowledge and advice.

you fail so hard on so many levels, this is why your thread got locked. furthermore, it amazes me that you continue to go on and on about my business, my products, or any of that. read it....

IT DOESNT MATTER - NONE OF THAT MATTERS.

i saw your s14, it needs a lot of work. much more than a pair of headlights or tail lights. you can buy lights made of gold and your car will still be an old bucket that needs lots of restoration and TLC.

ps: i dont have to read ANY of the posts from full race. all i need to do is look at their products and say "yep, badassed shit" - its as simple as that. what on earth are you going to compare my work with? taiwanese mass-produced garbage? its all custom built, either you want it or you dont. fact of the matter is, i dont have to sell to you if i dont like you because i most definitely dont need your cash, brah.
