S14 5-lug hubs: abs vs non-abs

noticed a difference in part numbers for the s14 abs and non-abs front hubs. whats the difference?

One has a ring for the abs sensor, one doesn't. The ring I am talking about is this toothed looking thing that the abs sensor reads. Other than that no difference.
