so i bought a japanese baby on board sticker for a buddy of mine. after 2 weeks messaged him that i never got it, pm'd me said that he was sorry that i had not recieved it and that he would send another. 2 weeks go by still no sticker, so i pm him asking him to refund my money. i recieve a pm 3 days ago asking for my paypal saying that he would refund my payment and send my another sticker. still nothing. i am not worried about the 10 bucks, but beware
