hello,
sorry about the long post, i've included all the info i can, to minimize email questions. motor pulls very strong, transmission is super smooth. bought the car already swapped with plans of swapping everything into my hatch, but got a little overzealous with various spending and now it has to go. i haven't even pushed it hard since i bought it, since it's still on stock fuel pump i didn't want to risk anything. anywho, the car mostly just sits in the garage. i start it up every week and drive it around the block. just did regular maintainence on it a few weeks ago, so it's ready to be driven home.
1989 s13 coupe, strait frame, fair body, great interior, primered black, base model, approx 135k miles on chassis.
converted to 93 front end
tint in fair shape
redtop SR20DET, stock internals/turbo, approx. 45k on the motor
ACT 6 puck clutch, approx. 4k miles on the clutch
front mount intercooler from supra, custom ic piping
turboXS blow off valve
greddy 3" downpipe
apex n1 exhaust with custom 3" piping (downpipe-back), silencer included
maf adaptor with cone filter
silvia s13 gauge cluster
new radiator
12" electric fan with thermostat control
sony cd player, older model
pioneer 6.5" 2way front speakers
battery relocated to the trunk
has power steering but no AC
car is now on stock suspension and steelies (not lowered with mesh as seen in the pictures)
what's wrong with it you say? nothing, but it isn't perfect. still running stock fuel pump, stock radiator, battery relocation is done by audio amp wires, speedo sensor included but not installed, and primer may not float your boat. overall the swap is a bit on the messy side, such as a few wire crimps here and there, but everything works great and it could be very easily cleaned up in a couple of weekends. has a bit of bondo in the rear passengerside quarter, but not very noticible at all. pretty much a near finished swap, but could be driven daily as is. car is currently registered in texas but title is ready for transfer. will deliver for a fee. as expected, not responsible for smog, registration, etc.
need to sell by the end of this month, if possible. so please, serious inquiries only! asking price is only $4000, no trades. price is negotiable. car is located in so cal, area code 91789 to be exact.
pictures are avaliable here, if you don't have an imagestation account please feel free to email me.
