Lamborghini has unveiled the quickest Murcielago yet, a 670-horsepower toro lidiado that charges from zero to 60 in just 3.2 seconds and hits a top speed of 212 mph.

The LP 670-4 SuperVeloce shown at the Geneva Motor Show sports a 6.5-liter V-12 cranking out 30 horsepower more than the LP 640. A healthier dose of carbon fiber and other mods cut 220 pounds from the LP 640, bringing the SuperVeloce to 3,450 pounds. Suspension and aerodynamic tweaks — note that big freakin' wing — contribute to the stunning velocity. It's almost as impressive as the hyperbole in the press release:

I have never liked the murcielago styling. Except for that stealth figher style one that they produced. This one however I actually like. I think this is what this car needed to look like in the first place.

The difference between rice and this car is quite large.

Most people just throw wings on cars and other body kits...er aero on cars and call it a day.

This car requires it due to what it's capable of. Not to mention tons of design went into it.

Ehh, look at that wing. It would be cool as an aftermarket wing on a different car. However on the Lamborghini it looks like someone just slapped it on. The stands on it don't go with anything. I would expect it to be more unique on a supercar. The embroidery on the interior looks like covers you can buy at Walmart. Plus it has way too many satin/plasticky-cheap-looking parts. I think it would look better if the black parts were painted. I know this car is actually made to perform, which is very nice for a change, since exotics have been slipping in that department, but I just think it has potential to look a lot better. Sadly it seems that exotics owners love the satin lime green wheel lips painted to match doodoo look on their cars. Oh well, obviously I'm not the target market anyway, I shouldn't care.
