Help to pass ref!

So I passed everything else but failed the HC and CO test at idle and 2500rpm.
At idle
HC max is 120, my HC was 270
CO max is 1, my CO was 3.93

At 2500rpm
HC max is 140, my HC was 290
CO max is 1, my CO was 1.07

Before I had the 248/232 cam setup. I put it back to stock so I'm sure degree is right now.
Any suggestion on what else I should do? Maybe a new cat? Denatured alcohol

Try both, cant hurt you to get a new cat and use alcohol.

Also to everyone else, he live in a county that does not have dyno smog which makes it easier to pass
