Alright after 4-5 months my car have been down. i finally had some money to get it fix and also put some upgrades on.
255 WB fuelpump
Freddy intake manifold
Z32 TT fuel filter
370cc injectors with DET rails
I change my TB because my original one broke so i used a G20 TB which was about the same but i had to fabricate it so it sits right with the cable. And i also detach the TPS to do so.
Now my car idles @ 1500 warm.
I took off the cable from the TB thinking its just adj, but still idles @ 1500.
I also took off the TPS off of the TB itself but it still holds @ 1500.
What could be wrong??...
SOB!!!!!

check your timing? you might have adjusted the tps without realizing it.
this is procedure for ka's not sure if the sr differs.

adjust your IACV idle set screw. can't believe all these dumbass posts. you need to unplug your tps before you adjust it.

Dang, iono how im suppose to do that but it still holds @ 1500rpm, i pretty much tightened it up all day, because when i was loosen it, the RPM was getting higher.
ill try and search for another method tomorrow.

I think he means to check the throttle timing which is what nissan calls it when you adjust where the TPS sensor reads WOT and closed throttle. The manual has the procedure to follow.

sounds like vacume leak or TPS adjustment, or it might be broken.
