easy just turn off the tv and get off the comp and do your shit. Juts think if you dont do your studying or homework or whatever you are going to fail.....and the day that you find that out your gona say to your self "fuck i should have just did my work then" trust me you will regret it so bad just do it bro. Whenever I need to study or do homework I plan not to be at home, I'm way too easily distracted. I get so much more done if I stay at school/work/my car/anywhere and do it.
